Clear the Field - An energetic and mental reset.
A pause between clients, between moments, between breaths, is a conscious act of presence.
Crystal Clearing Mist supports that pause. A remedy of balance, alignment and clarity, formulated for the aura and for the atmosphere it moves through. The spaces we treat in, work in, and return to daily hold energy in the same way the body does. This remedy addresses both.
The Remedy
At the core is a crystalline trinity of Malachite, Boji Stone and Kyanite, supporting energetic alignment and restoring balance across the field. Four flower essences work alongside them: Sydney Rose for emotional openness, Little Flannel Flower for lightness, Fringed Violet for protection, and Bush Fuchsia for clarity of mind.
The formulation is lifted by Rose, Bergamot, Juniper, Cedarwood and Lavender, floral, citrus and grounding in equal measure.
One clear intention, held in a single spray, reflecting a view of health that treats the body as one interconnected system.
Designed to dissolve stagnant energy and refresh the aura, this mist clears negativity while restoring balance, clarity, and alignment in daily life.
For Practitioners
This is the mist we use between every client at House of Shemana, a smokeless smudge where burning isn't practical. It's also a moment of clarity to self before we extend to others, allowing us to connect with ease.
To clear a client's field, mist a metre above their body from head to toe in one slow pass, letting it settle on their skin. Then sweep your hands through their field with thoughtful awareness, consciously gathering anything heavy, and visualise it releasing back to source.
Spray before ritual, before meditation, or the moment you step out of the car after a long drive. Re-apply after a difficult conversation, to restore balance and settle what's been stirred. Keep it close as a daily tool, reaching for it whenever a space or a body feels heavy and needs to come back to clarity.
For self-care
Mist across the chest and shoulders, then take three slow breaths as it settles on the skin. Use it in the morning to clear the night's residue, or in the evening as part of winding down. I use it around my body before cleansing my skin, closing the day and settling my field for sleep.
For a room, mist into each corner and let it drift through the space, or spray in a spiral, seeing in your mind's eye a whirling vacuum clearing anything stagnant.
FAQ
Can this replace smudging?
Yes. A smoke free alternative that works the same way, an energetic reset for a person or a room, without flame.
How often can I use it?
As often as needed. There's no limit, use it daily as part of a grounding practice, or reach for it in the moment whenever clarity is called for.
Where should I keep it?
Somewhere visible and within reach, your bedside table, your treatment room, your bag. The easier it is to reach, the more it becomes a genuine daily practice rather than an occasional one.
