Dream - Between waking and rest
A ritual mist for the space between waking and rest
Sleep isn't the only thing worth settling into. Dream Mist is a way of stepping into the space between thoughts, before meditation, before massage, meeting yourself in the lucid, imaginative reach of the mind. Calming the nervous system into restoration is one task of this remedy. Another is the ambitions and purpose waiting to be remembered.
The Remedy
At the core is a crystalline trinity of Jade, Apophyllite and Black Onyx, with Slender Rice Flower as the wildflower essence that holds them together. Jade opens the sequence, releasing the nervous system's grip and easing the way into the dream state. Apophyllite illuminates what's hidden, opening access to the subconscious. Black Onyx grounds the opening, building perspective and clear-eyed self-awareness. Slender Rice Flower supports unity, gently integrating every part of self into a more balanced whole.
Together, they strengthen the connection to the subconscious mind, aligning thought, feeling and intention in one sequence.
The formulation is carried by Lavender, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Rose and Bergamot, a tranquil floral-woody blend with soft sweetness and herbal clarity.
One clear intention, held in a single spray, reflecting a view of health that treats the body as one interconnected system.

For Practitioners
Dream has a place across multiple modalities here, not as a single-purpose product but as working medicine woven through the treatment menu.
In massage, we mist it the moment a client turns face up, supporting them to continue dropping into stillness rather than resurfacing as position changes. In facials and hair treatments, the same guidance into higher realms supports a client's stillness through longer, more detailed work.
Its most concentrated application is in our somatic and QHHT hypnotherapy sessions, where we use it to guide clients into a more subtle space within. Mist it around the head, visualising the connection between your client's crown and their higher knowing, a golden light held just above them. As we ask the body to drop into a receptive state, this blend helps prepare that foundation beforehand, quieting mental chatter and grounding the nervous system so clients arrive more readily into the depth required. The crystal trinity's alignment with insight and inner access mirrors the work itself.
It also supports integration afterwards. Encourage clients to spray it nightly before sleep to recalibrate what surfaced and carry them gently through the nights that follow. We've heard consistently positive feedback on its support for disrupted sleep and an overactive mind at bedtime, as well as for dreamwork, astral journeying and journaling.
Close your eyes and mist gently around your body, your energy field, or your space. With each breath, let the crystalline resonance quiet the mind and ease restlessness.
For self-care
My daughter has this misted over her bed every night. It's become a crucial part of her sleep ritual, one small act that signals to her body it's time to settle, and something she now looks for and asks for as part of winding down.
Keep it by your bedside for restful sleep, or bring it into any practice that turns you inward.
Anchor the ritual with an affirmation as the mist takes hold:
I surrender to stillness. My mind softens, my body resets, and I embody my dreams and desires.
FAQ
Is this only for sleep?
No. Dream carries a double meaning, the literal state of sleep, and the deeper pursuit of ambition and purpose. It works equally well as a creative or reflective tool during the day.
Can I use it with a dream journal?
Yes. Mist before sleep, then keep the journal close. Perhaps you will find what surfaces overnight becomes easier to recall and work with.
Is it suitable for children?
Many families use Dream as part of a child's nighttime routine, misted over the bed or pillow, as one small, calming cue that it's time to rest.
