Yin yoga is deeply relaxing and much needed practice that counters our busy and stressful modern lifestyles.
In yin yoga we move between only a few poses which we hold for extended amount of time. This allows us to really drop in, find our own edges and focus on our breath and emotions that come up.
This practice provides a lot of spaciousness and time to explore our inner landscape which can be very profound and healing. Emotions might come up as we work through the multiple layers of our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Which is an incredible opportunity to process whatever is moving through you while you are in a safe, non-judgemental space.
As an addition to a deeply healing experience of yoga, we will be journeying with sound and healing music as well as loving touch with the aspects of massage and zen shiatsu.
At the end of our 1,5 hours long experience you will be walking out a little bit more at peace, relaxed, openhearted and a little bit more in love with yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat, kick shoes off downstairs and turn your phone on silent
