Koan brings together the deep structural listening of craniosacral therapy and Shemana’s signature fluid massage style into one continuous, responsive experience. There is no fixed sequence. Steven follows your body’s intelligence — releasing held patterns, softening the fascia, restoring the nervous system — moving between stillness and flow as the tissue leads.

Sessions are held with grounded presence and unhurried attention. What unfolds is always specific to you.
