Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy is not a condition to be managed. It is a threshold — a time when the body is doing some of its most extraordinary work, and when care, given well, lands at a different depth entirely.

This is a full-body massage designed specifically for pregnancy, offered across all trimesters. Warm, grounding botanical oils. Soft, fluid touch that moves with the body rather than against it. Positioning that genuinely supports — pregnancy cushions and side-lying adapted throughout, so there is room to fully exhale and receive.

The work addresses what pregnancy actually asks of the body. Tension held in the lower back, hips, and sacrum. Swelling in the legs and feet. The subtle rebalancing that happens as weight and centre of gravity shift week by week. Each session is adapted to where you are right now — not a generic routine, but a considered response to this body, at this stage.
