Tea Ceremony & Esoteric Acupuncture Meditation

Through a blend of mindful tea ceremony and Esoteric Acupuncture meditation, a gentle passage from everyday busyness into deep stillness and expanded awareness. The session begins with tea shared in silent, meditative Zen style. Each infusion is poured with intention and received with deep presence. The second part introduces Esoteric Acupuncture (developed by Dr Mikio Sankey), using sacred geometric patterns of points to awaken the body's higher energy centres. No needles or touch are used. Participants are guided through each pattern with breath, focused awareness, and visualisation.
