Reset & Illuminate is a deeply restorative Sensate Nervous System Meditation Ritual, held in LED light therapy that lifts, brightens, and restores. The space is gentle — a soft misting of Shemana Elixirs, unlimited in-house tea, and the simple presence of care.

This is not activation. This is permission to exhale. To let the body remember what it feels like to be tended to, without effort or expectation.
